Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a Booking Administrator to join our team, starting immediately. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proficient in both English and Afrikaans (German skills would be advantageous), and has a good grasp of computer software including Excel, Outlook, and Word (knowledge of PowerPoint is a plus). No prior working experience or tertiary education is necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handling booking administration tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Communicating effectively in both English and Afrikaans.
• Utilising computer software such as Excel, Outlook, and Word for daily tasks.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Working well under pressure and meeting deadlines consistently.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in English and Afrikaans (German skills preferred).
• Matriculation or equivalent qualification.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Word (PowerPoint skills preferred).
• Good team player with strong punctuality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Hours:
08:00 - 13:00
