Update from Hildegardās adventure:
This morning at Doro Nawas was nothing short of magical!š
During a nature drive in the Aba-Huab Riverbed, I had the privilege of meeting Oscar, a magnificent desert-adapted elephant, in his mid 50s. This gentle giant strolled past the vehicle with such grace, itās a moment Iāll never forget.
A big thank you to our guide, Ronaldo, for making this incredible experience possible.

Leopard at Okonjima
Safe to say that no one wanted to get out of the car š This was at Okonjima, where one of the collared leopards came to greet.
Okonjima is home to the AfriCat Foundation, established to protect cheetahs and leopards from human-wildlife conflict. Their mission has since expanded to include all of Namibia's wildlife, recognizing that 'cat' conservation is intertwined with protecting wildlife habitats.
