WE ARE HIRING - TOUR CONSULTANT

Our company, which is based in Windhoek, has a vacancy available for a tour consultant.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage client inquiries and ensure timely response
• Maintain organized records for each client and tour
• Accurately create and manage quotes for tours and vehicle rentals
• Ensure data integrity within excel and other documentation
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information

Expectations and requirements:
• Have Grade 12
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans (proficiency in German or French is a plus)
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Willingness to work on weekends
