Public Information Session in Otjiwarongo👏

The National Housing Enterprise (NHE) held a Public Information Session in conjunction with the Municipality of Otjiwarongo. The session aimed to provide information regarding the upcoming informal settlement upgrading program. The program aims to construct a bachelor,1,2,3 bedroom houses at extention 8 Orwetoveni, old and new ombili (Hereoes Park1-5). The meeting was attended by His Worship Gottlieb Shivute, Mayor of Otjiwarongo, Hon. Julienda Kampungu, the Deputy Mayor of Otjiwarongo.

The Enterprise held a media tour at the Ondangwa and Omuthiya projects on Friday, 01 November 2024. The NHE is developing 64 houses at Ondangwa with an investment of N$27 million while 30 housing units are under construction in Omuthiya at a cost of N$6.5 million. Both projects are expected to be completed in December 2024.
