Here are some tips to facilitate the processing of your request:
💡Attachments
- Make sure that attachments are less than 1MB
- Feel free to group all your documents to be reimbursed in one form to save time!

💡Supporting Documentation
- Please include or attach your credit note number (if you have one), as this will have replaced your initial plane ticket
- Please also include the passenger's full name precisely as it appears on the ticket or credit note

💡Correspondence
- If you have any questions regarding your request, please respond to our initial email confirming that your claim has been received
- Please note that the claim processing time is estimated to take several days
- If you don't receive an email from us within 24 hours of submitting your claim, please check your spam folder
