Creation and maintenance of cordial relationship with various tires of government and the press;
Ensuring the enhancement of the knowledge of the Aba Business Community on relevant public and private Sectors issues through seminars and workshops;
Ensured an improved power supply service in Aba;
Ensuring that qualified members of the Chamber received the National Honours and productivity Merit Awards;

ACCIMA FUNCTIONS AND SERVICES
We want to positively impact on the people and the business community by projecting their goal and aspirations so that the economy of Aba and indeed Abia state would be for the better through and effective delivery
The Chamber provides common contact and representative forum for members to exchange ideas concerning industrial and business operations in Aba, Abia State, Nigeria and beyond;
The Chamber meets periodically and liaise with Senior Government Officials with a view to seeking solutions to problems confronting its members and the General Public;
The Chamber organizes seminars and workshop in order to educate members on tropical business issues and developments;
Publication from time to time of Chamber’s business and commercial bulletins, periodicals, booklets and directories to enhance the development of members’ business organizations;
The Chamber also organizes Trade missions to foreign countries to stimulate business development amongst its membership and also arranges meetings with foreign and local trade delegations who visits Aba from time to time;
The Chamber liaise on behalf of its members with Nigerian Association of Chamber of Commerce,Industry, mine and Agriculture (NACCIMA), Nigeria Export Promotion Council (NEPC), Nigeria Export -Import Bank (NEXIM) Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) Standard Organization of Nigeria (SON) National Agency for Food and Drug Administration Control (NAFDAC), and other similar organization matters relating to business development and management;
RECOMMENDATION for visa and other travel document and assistant in obtaining them. Recovering of debts from overseas and local business associated settlement of international and local business disputes among business association and partners;
Dissemination of statistical and management information relating to Agriculture, Shipping, Commerce and Industry;
Assisting members in solving their business problem with government agencies, foreign embassies and firm;
Attracting government appointment and business awards to member in recognition of their outstanding business achievement;
Employment bureau services through which we source recruit staff for member companies ;
Registration and Incorporation of business
Industrial and trade promotion through TRADE FAIR, exhibition Catalogues and directories;
Business advertisement/press relation agency. Various other business related functions.
