Position: CAD Designer

Location: Maastricht, Netherlands or Hanover or Dusseldorf in Germany

Work model: Hybrid after the training - 2 days a week from home, 3 days a week at the office. The training is fully on-site.

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: €40,000 - €45,000



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creation of architectural and engineering drawings, analysis, and development of specifications using software like AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and specific calculation tools
Revision of drawings and analyses based on feedback from Architecture & Engineering (A&E) staff
Ensure compliance with company standards, state, and local codes, and regulations is crucial
Fulfill other duties as directed by the immediate supervisor
Participate in field site visits to gather measurements and capture field conditions through photographs


REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in German at a native level
Eager and open to learning
Experience of 1 to 3 years with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
Sound understanding of architectural and engineering principles, techniques, and processes
Meticulous attention to detail and precision is essential
Capable of working independently yet collaboratively within a team
Proficient computer skills, especially in Excel, Outlook, and Word
