SELLERS PROCEDURE/PAYMENT INSTRUMENTS
FOR BLCO CIF EUROPE/ASIA E.T.C

Seller & Buyer sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and lodged with their respective banks. The SPA will be exchanged by Electronics Data Transmission EDT and will be considered as legally binding and enforceable.
Buyer provides seller with the Port of Discharge (POD) details with emails for Marine NOR+ETA issuance to the Port of Discharge (POD) Harbor master.
Buyer through her bank will issue in favour of the nominated Seller Fiduciary account an Operative, Revolving SBLC via Swift MT760 of $100m for entire cargo for 12 months and seller issues the SBLC with 2% PB.
Seller confirms the instrument with his bank and within 10 banking days loads 2 million barrel vessel in buyers name and issue full POP in buyers name and Vessel Master issues a confirmable Marine NOR+ETA and within 48hrs and turns on the tracking and communication device as she set sailing to the buyers POD.
Upon arrival at POD, Marine ATB shall be issued to buyers SGS/independent Inspection Agents boards the loaded vessel for Quality and Quantity (Q&Q) inspection at Buyers expense.
Upon successful Q&Q verification and conclusive positive results, Buyer instructs the Paying Bank to effect payments via Swift MT103 / Wire Transfer directly to seller's nominated bank for entire cargo and to all facilitators & Intermediaries bank accounts within 24 banking hours, per outturn barrel.
Seller confirms payment and issues warranty of Title (WOT) and releases original shipping documents to buyer as owners of the cargo and vessel discharges into buyers tank farm.
Contract shall be Revolving x12 month delivery as per contract.

1. Seller issues the and seal contract agreement with Full Banking details of Fiduciaries. The electronic signed copy by both parties is considered legally binding and enforceable and must not be changed.

2. Buyer returns signed SPA with MATB Format/NOR Format, and scan copy of inspector ID, Inspection company engagement Letter/Invoice from inspection company Ghana Intertek and shipping agent in Ghana. Executed SPA is lodged in their respective banks.

3. Seller discloses the full cargo documents Proof of Products for the buyer verification.

4.Buyer issues =N=300 Million (Three Hundred Million Naira) Banker Draft or Block Fund and send scanned copy from buyers bank to sellers bank and to seller for confirmation.

5. Seller upon confirmation of Bank Draft or Block Fund from bank. Instruct loaded cargo captain to issue Marine Notification of Readiness (NOR) and Expected Time of Arrival (ETA) to harbor master at Tema-Ghana harbor and copy all emails in the NOR Format.

6. Loaded cargo sail to Ghana Tema, Captain Issues Marine Authority to Board (ATB) and Buyer shipping agent clears loaded cargo to 10 to 12 nautical miles for supercargo and Inspector to board for confirmation and attestation.

7. After attestation and announcement buyers Block Fund or Banker Draft of =N=300 Million (Three Hundred Million) crystallizes into cash immediately into sellers account.

8. Inspector takes sample of cargo and come down while supercargo remains onboard of loaded cargo.

9. Upon satisfaction of quality and quantity analysis result. Buyer places MT103 covering cost of total cargo.

10. Sellers bank sends all relevant documents via to buyers bank to Buyer.

11. Buyer pays seller net worth of the total cargo , that is full cost of cargo less =N=300 Million logistics payment; and pay all facilitators commission assigned to each account according to the contract.

12. Seller hands over by hand hardcopy of the cargo documents to buyer and buyer re-charters cargo to its vessel destination.

6. Upon confirmation of payment into the various accounts, Seller submits to Buyer, all relevant Cargo/Shipping Documents consigned to Buyer/PoD and transfers TITLE [Certificate of Ownership or Warranty of Title].

7. Buyer takes-over the Tanker by completing a one-way voyage charter to final destination Port.

8. Security clears the vessel to freely sail off to Buyers final destination Port.

9. The transaction revolves on a monthly basis for 12 calendar months with provision for renewal and extension [r & e] at both Parties discretion.
