Lunar New Year, also known as Chinese New Year or Spring Festival in China, Seollal in Korea, and Tết in Vietnam, is here!
In the Chinese zodiac, 2024 is the year of the dragon! The dragon is one of the most beloved signs of the zodiac, symbolizing wisdom, luck, and accomplishment. Many cities in Asia and around the world hold celebrations, Lantern Festivals, and parades where dancers perform dressed in dragon costumes.
The holiday marks the first new moon of the lunar calendar, and during this time, billions of people return home to spend time with family.

The first Thanksgiving was a three day harvest festival celebrated in 1621. Historians say; there were just 5 women in attendance, 50 pilgrims, and 90 Wampanoag Indians! Intrestingly, turkey wasn't on the menu at the first Thanksgiving!
