In 2013 Willemsen Hospitality merged with Grand Towers PLC, based in Abuja, Nigeria and manages and develops the portfolio of hotels, malls and residential projects for Grand Towers PLC. The 5 star Grand Towers Boutique hotel in Abuja was recently opened as well as the Grand Towers Mall. A 45 room hotel is currently being constructed in Ekiti and the construction of another mall with hotel in Abuja commences soon.
