PAGGC Presents Certificate of Recognition to Top 10 Best Performing Appointees in Cross River State
The Pan African Good Governance Council has presented Certificates of Recognition to the top 10 best performing appointees in Cross River State in her annual Good Governance Indicators program.
The PAGGC Medal and Recognition Awards, driven under the Good Governance Indicators program to measure suitable individuals in governance who have shown excellence in their roles in governance yesterday concluded the exercise for Cross River State with the presentation of the "Good Governance Magazine" and the certificate of recognition to the 10 recipients who emerged as top 10 best performing appointees in Cross River State.
Speaking during the Presentation, the leader of the delegation, Prof. Austin Angba noted that the Medal and Recognition Award is designed to encourage individuals in leadership and government to aspire to become role models, succeeding against the odds, making a difference and becoming ambassadors of good governance in Africa.

He said, it was indeed a challenging task evaluating and assessing over 6,000 appointees in Cross River and praised the recipients for demonstrating initiative, leadership, dedication,delivering lasting results which reflected the policies and blueprint of Gov. Ben Ayade.

"At a time when most appointees considered Ayade's first term as food on the table, these select few had their hands on the plough and the PAGGC is proud of their accomplishments in governance".

Responding, Hon. Martin Orim thanked the Pan African Good Governance Council for finding him and other recipients worthy of the honour and attributed their accomplishments in service to the insight of Governor Ben Ayade, thanking him for having confidence in them and giving them the platform to serve.
