NEWS UPDATE: You can now visit the UAE as a vaccinated traveler without PCR test.

Those coming to the UAE have to make sure to present an approved QR code- accompanied COVID-19 vaccination certificate containing a QR code; unvaccinated travelers have to present an approved negative PCR test result received within 48 hours, or a QR code-accompanied certificate of recovery from a COVID-19 infection obtained within one month from the date of travel. Travellers from the UAE have to follow the requirements of medical examinations and vaccinations in place in their countries of destination.

5 ITEMS YOU SHOULDN'T CARRY IN YOUR HAND LUGGAGE WHEN FLYING ⛔️

1️⃣ LIQUID - liquid of any form including medicine & alcohol exceeding over 100ml is not allowed in your carry on e.g perfumes, skincare products etc. Put them in your checked baggage. A useful hack is to pour your liquid content into a 100ml bottle.

2️⃣Hair Dye - Items containing peroxide are prohibited on flight. That is they are not allowed both in checked bags and carry on.

3️⃣Sharp Objects - These are not allowed in your hand luggage. Including scissors sometimes even nail scissors get confiscated. Put them in your checked luggage and wrapped properly.

4️⃣Self Defence Items - Pepper spray, toy guns, handcuffs etc this item are considered dangerous to be with you in a plane but are allowed in your checked luggage.

5️⃣Alcohol beverages with over 70 percent alcohol content are not allowed in both checked or your carry on bag. Leave it at home

It is important and advised that you check in with your airline what is restricted/prohibited 🚫 to fly with, when traveling.
