It is not unamazed, When I see graduate who have spent minimum of 18 solid years in pursuance of Education, Academy excellence and Certification, some still go extra length to obtain Masters and PhD yet to No avail.
Infact their is popular quote that after Education No penury.
But we now see that people graduated from University and other tertiary institution with good grades, Yet they still struggle to survive.
The unlucky among the graduate are paid less than 50k why the most furtunate among them earn 150k per month.
This 💰 money to majority can not even cater for their Basic necessities of Life such as the following:
👉🏠 House Rent
👉 Feeding
👉 Family welfare
To mention but Few.
Without an Atoms of doubt after knowledge they shouldn't have be penury,
But the question is what kind of knowledge sweep off penury ( poverty) to the dustbin, It is the question that most people have failed to Ask????
If the apprenticeship such as 🧱 Bricklayers, drivers, Car-penter, Tillers, Tailoring, Hair dresser even common Forganizer can cater for the needs of their family, Earning approximate 2-10k per day despite their level of illiteracy, the smart corporate skills apprentice make more.
You will Agreed with me that Definitely they have one knowledge which most graduate doesn't have and doesn't even bothered to inquire.
The surprising aspect is that all their knowledge was acquire for less than 5year.
Then what exactly is the problem of most graduate who have spend not less than 18years to seek knowledge.
It gets cleared, to me when my wife after she lost her Job as an accountant in Five Star Hotel in Bauchi, Zaranda Hotel.
I also lost my business track has merchandise of tools and machineries to company.
That is when it get down on us, to pay 🏠 House Rent, feeding and not to talk of children school fees payment, it now become thug of War.
Not until my eye open 😔 when my wife went to learn Patent Medicine Store business in just less than 1year that she now start to make not less than 5k daily, that Is when i now realize that Skill and experience is vital to business Growth and Success, immediately I enrolled myself to Digital Marketing Skills to boost my existing business and network that is Generating close to a million of naira on a monthly bases.
The point is that most knowledge thought in school was Western Education basically targeting on how to (Read & Write IQ) No Skill acquisition and Experience.
They only thought you to be employee not employer of Labour.
For you to be successful
you must have the mind of an employer of Labour, using this 3E concept in your choosing Industry
👉 Education
👉 Experience
👉 Exposure
I realized that most technician have Experience why some add Exposure to it with Consistency and focus it is fetching money for them to survive.
Why most Graduate only have Education that is 1E why few add Exposure to it that give them edge to be use for labour 8am-6-8pm and they are glad they have a job, yet unhappy over it, Because it make them use half of their life 12hrs out of 24hrs in a Day.
The pain of not getting autonomous is also another bitterness in them, they dictate your life over the stipend they pay, why the so called unlearn but experience and skilful person decided his/her time and happy over it.
Majority of Literate among us lack Experience which is Skills, It's the foundation and bases for Success.
Remember for you to have breakthrough in any Industry, The 3E must be complete Education, Experience and Exposure.
Experience is very crucial, it is the key to unlock Success that is why you see illiterate making cool money, why graduate are lobbying and roaming around the street to look for job.
If you really see that you fall in the bracket of aforementioned class of people and you feel you need to change the Music Tune, promote to the next class and have Financial breakthrough.
