Incoming travellers must test negative to Covid-19 wit proof PCR test result for proof
Any traveller must do test within 4 days of departure (but preferably 72 hours)
For certain countries, Covid-19 PCR test results must come from specified laboratories
All travellers in Nigeria must register for https://nitp.ncdc.gov.ng/
Travellers must upload there negative Covid-19 PCR test results on website
Travellers must do another test on 7th day after arrival. They will choose location and date for result collection
The same website is where travellers do self-reporting
There Will be final screening at the airports before departing

The Federal Government on Thursday shifted the resumption date for the commencement of international flights into and out of Nigeria from August 29, 2020, to September 5, 2020.

Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, had announced on August 17, 2020, that international flights would resume on August 29, following pressures from the public for the resumption of the flights.

The Federal Government has announced that the Nigerian airports and airspace may be closed until October 2020. This extended closure affects only international flights.

Local flights already resumed on 8 July 2020 while international flights are still restricted and have no resumption date for now.

We are working to protect your booking by suspending your ticket. This means that you can travel at a later date within the validity of the ticket rules. If we were unable to take this action, your ticket may have entered a no-show and the applicable airline penalties could apply. If you have already made a date change and the new date falls during the time period when the airport may still be closed, we will work on leaving your ticket open. Please note you may incur additional charges from the airline if there is a fare difference on your new date

Flight resumption: NCAA lists 5 approved airports for operations
The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) has named five airports where flights will resume on the June 21, as announced by the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19.
NCAA Director-General, Capt. Musa Nuhu, made the announcement in a letter to Accountable Managers of all domestic and foreign airlines in the country with ref NCAA/DG/AIR/11/16/121, in Lagos on Wednesday The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that was coming on the heels of the announcement by the Presidential Task Force on COVID-19 on the easing of and restart of the second phase of the COVID-19 lockdown and restart of flights on June 21.
Nuhu said the five airports are Nnamdi Azikwe International Airport Abuja, Murtala Mohammed International Airport Lagos, Mallam Aminu Kano International Airport Kano, Omagwa International Airport, Port Harcourt and Sam Mbakwe Airport Owerri.
The director-general said in the letter that other airports would be added gradually to flight operations after a review and assessments“Following the announcement by Presidential Task Force (PTF) on COVID-19 on the easing of and the start of second phase of the COVID-19 lockdown, we wish to inform the industry of the following.
