LIBRAGOLD TRAVELS & TOURS LTD is a wholly owned Nigerian indigenous company incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in 1996, with its primary object clause in International Air Travels Ticketing, reservation and confirmation of Hotels and Car Rentals, Air Services, Immigration Consulting, Protocol Services, Packaging of Local and International Tours, Conferences, Seminars, Retreats and Muslim Pilgrimage Operations. LIBRAGOLD TRAVELS & TOURS LTD is a fast growing and efficient IATA accredited agent with thirteen years (13) professional experience in the aviation industry. As a Travel agency of high repute, we provide a quality and cost effective service, which is guaranteed by an experienced and versatile Board and a Management team of talented and diligent professionals. Our professional expertise and resourcefulness has endeared us to the hearts of many corporate bodies and individuals, thus expanding our clientele. Hence, making us a recipient of the prestigious British Airways Award for excellence, year 2004. Considering our list of clientele and track record in providing excellent services, it is trite that we are adequately equipped both humanly and technologically to service any organization and solve any Travel problems. We have access to all Airlines worldwide through our link to three (3) main global Travel distribution system (GDS), namely, Amadeus, Galileo and Saber, to enable us render excellent and hitch free services to our customers on bookings and confirmation of passenger’s travel ticketing, accommodation, tourism etc. The ultimate goal of LIBRAGOLD is to provide exceptional services that will ensure cost effective, qualitative and unique services to our clients; hence we provide a wide range of specialized travelling and tourist services to our numerous clients at reasonable cost. We have put in place a well-structured customer-service system. This will develop and enhance our relationship with our clients through efficient and responsive service thus ultimately achieving our commitment to providing excellent services. Our services include: AIR TICKETING: We are an accredited agent of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Geneva. We have access to all Airlines worldwide through our link to two (2) main Global Travel Distribution System (GDS), namely GALILEO, SABRE and AMADEUS to enable us render excellent and hitch free services to our customers on Bookings, Confirmation and Re-Confirmation of passenger’s Travel tickets. Through this system we are able to make bookings with over 500 airlines, representing more than 95% of the world’s scheduled airline seats. HOTEL RESERVATION/CAR HIRE SERVICES: Through the online system provided by the Global Travel Distribution System (GDS) namely GALILEO, SABRE and AMADEUS, we have access to over 51,000 hotels, 48 Car rental Companies, Ferry, Rail, Cruise Internationally. PROCUREMENT OF CONSULAR PAPERS AND FACILITIES: We are registered and active member of the Nigeria-British Chamber of Commerce and the Nigeria-American Chamber of Commerce. We have strong links with notable high Commissions, French Embassy, South African Embassy, Canadian Embassy, Saudi Arabia, German Embassy, and Embassy of the Republic of Ireland, Switzerland Embassy. Having access to the Top shots at the embassies through the bi-lateral chambers of commerce facilitates the procurement of visa appointments for our valued corporate clients. TRAVEL PLANNING AND TOURIST CENTRE: We serve Tour Guides to expatriates who are holidaying or visiting Nigeria for the very first time. We also package tours for family holiday Travels. Middle and Top Executives of Corporate organizations. Our packages include South Africa, Kenya, Dubai, Cairo, Orland, Brazil etc. AIRPORT PROTOCOL SERVICE: We have two (2) Protocol Executives at the Muritala Int’l Airport mainly to assist our passengers at the check in counter and see them off at departure from Lagos and also to receive passengers on board any aircraft on arrival into the country. Arrival into the country is handled by our professional partners at the immigration department of the Airport. We work in co-operation with other agencies at the Airport.
