Collaboration: allow users or groups to connect with people of similar interest or goal. Users co-work on a project by using the various communication and collaboration tools built into FresHires. Some of the tools on FresHires include chat lobby, chat room, file transfer/sharing, screen sharing, voice and video chatting. Headhunting/sourcing: We collaborate with companies and organizations to source for users on FresHires with the sole purpose of finding a perfect fit for available opportunities within their company. We anticipate that such sought-out users may already have increased chance as they go through the employer’s hiring process because of their online portfolio. Once our partner company expresses interest in one of our registered users, we immediately facilitate direct communication between the two entities.
