Job title: Human Resources/Administrative Manager
Job description:
• Employee training, assessment and ensuring employee compliance to regulatory concern.
• Active involvement in recruitment and selection processes as may be required by management.
• Maintenance of the company's staff by establishing a program on recruiting, testing, and interviewing; counseling managers on candidate selection; c
onducting and analysing interviews; and recommending changes where relevant
• Regular maintenance of human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
• Policy development and documentation
• Active contribution to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Sound employee relations orientation and competence in personnel management
• Assurance of employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
Requirements:
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a recognised university
• Masters qualification will be an added advantage
• CIPM qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a relevant field
• Effective communication skills
• Strong human resource management skills
• Customer service orientation skills
• Effective leadership skills
• Must be a team player
