When you go for trekking in the mountains, it is important to carry essential items to ensure your safety and comfort. The specific items you will need may vary depending on the location, duration, and difficulty of your trek. However, some general items that you should carry include:
1. Navigation tools such as a map, compass, or GPS device to help you navigate the trails.
2. Adequate clothing appropriate for the climate and weather conditions. Dress in layers, so you can adjust your clothing as needed.
3. Hiking shoes or boots with good traction and support.
4. A backpack to carry all your essential items.
5. Water bottles or hydration system to keep you hydrated during the trek.
6. High energy snacks or food to keep your energy level up.
7. First aid kit that includes basic medicines, bandages, and antiseptic creams.
8. Sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful UV rays.
9. Insect repellent to prevent insect bites.
