Presenting: Baho! A traditional Nicaraguan dish of beef, plantain and yuca, steamed and served in banana leaves. It is a typical Sunday meal - delicious but filling! The best place to find them is the markets in Masaya. Add it to your 'must eat' list for Nicaragua!
