Our staff had a beautiful adventure bringing ‘Must B Crazy’ catamaran to Costa Rica for a makeover! ✨

NICA SAIL MANAGER DUTIES:

* Coordinate Host Schedule
* Hire & Train New Hosts
* Quality Control - go on board once a week
* Coordinate with Captains
* Problem-Solving
* Be on top of all Legal Permits: Accounting, Accountant, Attorney
* Coordinate and oversee marketing strategies / social media person
* Put posters and stickers around town
* Create new partnerships
* Reply to reviews & customers
* Organize trips: organize the food for all inclusive trips, staff, any extra / special requests from clients
* Be on the phone from 12:30-1:30 pm when there is a sail. To ensure that everything is going smoothly with host, captain & clients
* Accounting
* Reservations

QUALITIES:

* Attentive & present!
* Buena onda
* Speak English and Spanish
* Has a passion for the ocean 🌊
* Self organized & ability to organize others
* Trustworthy
* Leadership skills
* Good customer service skills & experience
* Able to work well with others / as a team
* Problem solving skills
* Know how to make spreadsheets with Google Docs / Sheets
* Be familiar with Google Calendar
