You are close enough to town to go e

njoy what San Juan del Sur has to offer and yet just far enough away that you can enjoy the peace and quiet at night-time, something that can not be found directly in town. The home has air conditioning and hot water throughout the home, brand new furnishings, fully-equipped with brand new appliances and plenty of kitchenware. It also has a coffee machine, toaster, blender, water cooler, microwave and an outdoor gas barbecue. There are also two completely furnished patios in the home, one covered patio outside the front door and a sun deck on top of the home. It is complete with satellite television, free wireless internet, a free safe to use, large ceiling fans and hot water through out the entire home. The home has premium linens, kitchen cloths and soft bathroom towels. We also provide pool/beach towels for you to use during your stay in the home. There is a beautiful community pool only 100 meters from the homes that is free for all registered guests to use. This is an all inclusive price for the home. All utilities and light housekeeping are included. Unlike other rental homes in the area, there will be no "surprise charges" after you arrive.

When you arrive into San Juan del Sur you will pass a Pali Grocery store on your left side. (You can stop here and pick up essentials for your stay with us) Turn left at the following corner and proceed down that road towards Remanso beach (approximately 3 miles). You will come to a split in the road, take the right side onto the gravel road. There is a very large white cement gate about 1 mile off this pavement on the left side. There is a large white gate on the left hand side of the road. Once you enter the subdivision, follow the road around 1/2mile and you will see white houses on the left hand side. There is a parking lot area at the first corner you come to on the right hand side.
