While The Rumpus Room® is still undergoing renovations, the resident sound supplier is going through severe Rumpus withdrawals and has made the bold move to get his music & friend fix by taking the Rumpus vibe on the road and hosting a night at The Rumpus Room at DOKA with LVTL, bramski, Olympias and Brå.
We hope that any and all friends of The Rumpus will be able to join and make a wild ruckus on the dance floor of Doka!

For those of you who haven't had the distinct honor and privilege of hearing Bramski DC live in The Rumpus Room® you can still manage to hear some of the old skool tracks that made us all fall in love with his supplied sounds all over again each and every time we heard them. After two monumental weekends in a row of absolutely killer parties, The Rumpus Room® is proud to announce the arrival of the latest bits of audio kit that will really bring the sound together Dude. Arriving just a bit late for Amsterdam Dance Event, the Reloop Mixtape will be on hand at all future events to record DJ mixes live in glorious 320kbps quality. While it looks like an old school cassette, it really is quite a clever digital/analog converter that will also allow us to connect the external subwoofer. Of course all this is made possible by the awesome JBL EON 206P speakers that my friends surprised me with on the eve of Cirque Le Freak (https://www.facebook.com/events/862302777189973/) since I wasn't able to record the set from ME.N.U. that night for posting on this page, the Bramski Unofficial Fan Club presents his mix captured live at the CMA Zaal!

We would like to thank everyone that came out last Friday and made the afterparty for Cirque Le Freak a resounding success! For five long hours ME.N.U. relentlessly churned out out funky beats on the new sound system and kept us all glued to the dance floor and turned the place into a sweaty musical sauna. For a while, it was jam packed with friends both old and new and with about 60 people, it was one of the busiest parties yet!
The Unleashed collaboration is well underway. A preparty visuals check in The Rumpus Room and all systems are go! On one of the busiest nights of the year, we know the places to be! Let the festivities begin!

The Rumpus Room® is very pleased to announce the successful reunion of a bike and its boss. Earlier today we were very pleasantly surprised to see the bike that had gone missing Friday night, stashed around the corner. Not sure how or why it ended up there, but both Arthur and his bike are very happy to be back together again. And as a tribute to the happy reunion, we blast this classic hip hop song:

Many thanks to those of you who joined in the Get Your Game on festivities Friday! Extra special thanks to sa.lomaonun.es, ME.N.U. and the other DJs (without punctuation in their names) Arthur Robert and Bramski DC! We rolled the dice by having the cops show up twice, but in the end we were the winners! Now we can only hope to be as lucky dodging the foundation renovations.

The Rumpus Room® would like to thank all those that came to share in the the October birthday month celebrations this weekend. Robot Rock was a huge success! Massive thanks to ME.N.U. for bringing the gift of music to the party and letting Bramski hook up the vocoder and let me mess around with it. Also kudos to sa.lomaonun.es and Mark Crow for picking up where Marko left off and helping the party rage on.
I'd also like to announce a very special achievement was unlocked - everyone present has earned a very special honor; Jägerdrain to commemorate the very first party where we have actually emptied the full 3 liters of Jägermeister in the machine!

The Rumpus Room® is thankful for the safe return of the iPad that went missing. Apparently the couch is very hungry for electronics and managed to effectively eat the iPad for dinner some weeks ago. It wasn't until today that it miraculously resurfaced from the inner bowls of the sleeper sofa. HAPPY THANKSGIVING everyone!
The Rumpus Room® would like to thank everyone who joined in the afterparty this weekend a good time was had by all. But we need a little help here, and it's not with the cleaning. It seems that during all the fun the our iPad has gone missing. If anyone has any idea where it might be, I'd greatly appreciate your help in tracking it down.
With the recent swamping of The Rumpus Room® the powers that be have been investigating different options for containing the flood waters. One innovative approach that was suggested involved creating a sub-basement with drainage and capacity for these 4 1000 Liter tanks. Anyone want to invest in a beer bond to fund the project?

The Rumpus Room started at as a sacred space - an afterparty venue in the heart of the Red Light District, Amsterdam. Music pumped from the sound system in the basement while party goers got lost and found in the comforts of our friend’s home.
In 2019, The Rumpus Room moved the concept to the club scene. Come as you are, and be respectful of the place and of your fellow clubber, whichever sex/race/orientation/opinion he/she/them are.
