🦾 Due to the thick tires and heavy profile, the Segway always has good grip on any surface. Both in dry and wet weather! You do not have to be scared.

🌈 Whether it's really optimal enjoyment, that's another question... But hey, it's just water! That will dry!

🛴✨ Driving Skills - Rules ✨🛴

Earlier we already talked about tips for driving, but of course there are also rules if you want to hit the road with a Segway!

✅ You must be 16 years or older
❌ And a driver's license is not necessary
📝 A helmet is not required by law - with us it is!
🛴 You must ride on the bike path; the sidewalk is prohibited
❗️Drive one behind the other and keep a safe distance from each other, curbs and objects you pass
🛣️ All the usual traffic rules apply on a Segway too!

🛴✨ Driving Skills - Tips & tricks! ✨🛴

Have you ever wanted to try a Segway? Here are a few tips for getting on and off safely so you can enjoy your ride in no time:

1️⃣ Stand behind the Segway and hold the steering wheel still and centered.

2️⃣ Place your body weight over the Segway, keep your balance and bend your knees slightly as you get on. Step on the footplate with one foot and place your other foot next to it.

3️⃣ Again, make sure you hold the steering wheel still and centered. Look straight ahead and calmly find the balance from the ankles. Do not correct with the steering wheel!

4️⃣ Now drive slowly and practice with speed, making turns and slowing down. Always keep a distance of approximately 10cm between your body and the handlebars.

5️⃣ To get off safely, gradually reduce your speed and find a suitable place to stop.

6️⃣ Step back, first with one foot, immediately after the other foot. Hold the steering wheel still and centered and look ahead.

Remember: safety first! Don't forget to wear a helmet and obey the traffic rules (more on this soon). Have fun and enjoy your Segway adventure! 🤗🚦💨
