The past couple of months the IRP team received various trainings, from interviewing and negotiation techniques to meditation and storytelling. 📞💰🧘🗣

They have given us new insights and inspiration that will come in handy during our projects. Shout out to everyone who helped us getting ready for the summer in the Nordics! 🙌🙌

The 2nd project was for Shell from 2019 in India! 🇮🇳

India produces about 170.000 tons per day of waste, most of which ends up in landfills. To help solve this problem, Shell is looking at the possibilities of further developing an in-house technology capable of transforming the plastic components of this waste to fuels. Team Shell mapped the waste streams of three major Indian cities: Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi to determine where plastics end up. At the same time, technologies for chemical recycling of plastic waste were investigated!
