I am slowly getting things back on track. I have been asked for a while whether certain items that have been "Out of Stock" for a long time will be made again. For now, French ID cards have been made again, but I also want to pick up other items again. Especially the German items that are "Out of Stock". A lot is made by hand and boxes are cut out with a cutting plotter. However, this process takes a very long time before I have cut out a box, scored and glued together. And if you are going to make about 50 boxes... So, I am considering having dies made for the boxes, but unfortunately they cost a lot of money. But it would speed up the production of the boxes. Okay, more to come...

Finished two other projects. An American box for a razor holder and an American box for toothpaste. These were also on my wish list for a long time. I was not working on the repros for a long time, but now I really have to catch up. Things are finally going in the right direction again...

Another project I have now finished. A new field post box that is stapled on the sides and slides into each other as two parts. Label it with a "Grüß aus der Heimat" (Greetings from the fatherland) to send to the soldier at the front. We are steadily moving forward...

Today I added a number of products to stock. The coming days I will see if I can make Esbit boxes, since there is a lot of demand for them. Also the AB64 Paybooks, the British Players and other cigarette boxes. There are still 53 products "Out of Stock", I hope to replenish them all soon. And then look at new products, such as the Krafts Knäckebrot that I made yesterday. Then take product photos and place them in the webshop. Still a lot of work to do.

Today I started a project that I wanted to make years ago. Now finally the result, the first dummies. The larger box can hold 4 modern packs of Knäckebrot and the smaller 2 packs, so no more fiddling with cutting the Knäckebrot to size. In the 1930s and wartime, the slices of Knäckebrot had a slightly different size than they do today. So the boxes have also been adjusted slightly and will deviate slightly from the original size. Just a few more minor adjustments to the artwork and then I can start production.

However, I don't think I'll start production of the small box, because when I look at the original photos, the larger box is closer to the original. I first made the smaller one based on a "free" PDF that I downloaded once, but I had the feeling that the thickness of the box wasn't right. But what do you think..?

Almost done. Someone asked me if I could make a ‘How to..” video of making a dummy pack of ci******es. Now I am playing with the idea of starting a YouTube Channel with ‘How to…’ videos about making Repro Paperwork and Paper Props. Would that be a good idea? And what would you like to see me make or explain?

It was quite a productive day today. There are now a total of 172 products in the webshop and more new products will be added in the coming days. There are currently 140 products in stock and another 32 that I still need to recreate to get back into stock. For now, end of day, clean up and go home...
