As a previous state owned company we design and built since 1973 as independent machine manufacturer almost wear free, fully hydrostatic ultra precision hard turning machines. The Hembrug Mikroturn® machine series represent more than 40 years of experience and expertise in hydrostatics and ultra-precision hard turning technology and are able to achieve the highest accuracy that is currently possi

ble with hard turning. The Hembrug Mikroturn® machine series can achieve the following tolerances in workpieces having hardness 58 – 68 HRC up to a diameter of 1500 mm.

•Surface finish accuracies 0,1 – 0,4 µm
•Form accuracies 0,2 – 1 µm
•Size accuracies ≤ 2 µm
