Teddy is my 8 month old mixed pup, he is a great support to me since my chihuahua Ginni died.

Hardly use this page anymore but wanted to share that Teddy got attacked today in the forest by another dog, he was off leash for the second time and he got attacked. The owner of the dog didn't even apologize or whatever. It was second time Teddy was off leash and I rather just keep him with me safely, because he was off leash I couldn't help him as quick as I wanted. He screamed pretty loud and the dog thew him over and kept biting him, luckily he has no wounds or blood. It was a dog I would never expected this behavior of so yeah you never know how dogs behave. The worst is Teddy submitted fully and even then the dog kept attacking him, it was a very difficult moment for me, I felt very helpless but I'm glad Teddy is doing good.

This page will go on low for now, it's nothing personal but most people I have on my fb and because of my mental health I rather focus on one thing.. Lately fb algorithm also makes it very hard for me to keep this page going. Maybe in the future it will be different. :)

Tomorrow we're going on a walk with 6 other dogs, Teddy already had a walk with all the sausage dogs (was way more busy) but for Hazel it's the first time. It's a walk for small dogs only, I think they'll both love it.

Teddy is doing great now the fireworks is gone, went to the nature today and Hazel and Teddy had a nice walk (together with my mom too).

The new leash is working really well. Teddy his tail got twisted few times in the cord line, now I got the tape variant and it doesn't tangle up. Hazel is wearing it because Teddy his tail got stuck (even some poor sausage dogs ear hair 🤣🤣) so I now tested it out and will order another so they both have the same lines. They're also way better visible especially in the dark! It's still a flexi 8 meter line.

Proud of the dogs, especially Teddy! They did very well yesterday at the Christmas dinner, first time with 3 kids and one was first very afraid of Teddy (Hazel goes her own way anyhow, she doesn't go to people she doesn't know) but in the end Teddy stole her heart ofcourse with his bubbly personality.

Going to make a nice walk in a bit and then they come to my parents again (with my brother and nephew also there and his girlfriend and her two kids).

Teddy full in awoo mode! Hazel is like what's going on here 🤣

Here the videos of the walk where it still went well. Hazel enjoyed herself and I made sure to protect Teddy after his anxiety.

The walk with the other dogs didn't go as expected. 😐Since Teddy his chemical castration it just all goes a bit sh*t, he doesn't stand up for himself and I can't force him at all to do that. It went good for like 20 min and then he started doing this, like constantly. He cried and whined I never saw him like this. Ofcourse I'm not constantly going to give him attention and pick him up but I surely did some times. Turned out it was one dog in the group who kept smelling his parts and I think it made him anxious cause the dog was part of the group. I have other videos where he's having fun and that dog wasn't seen in the videos. Not saying at all the dog is at fault I think it's best to wait with those walks when the castration is out of his system... I really notice how he got more insecure and anxious also due to his experiences with other dogs constantly smelling him like he's a snack.
