๐ฅ Yesterday, we had a highly productive meeting at the Postillion Hotel Bunnik. Our team, consisting of the board, our secretary, and the managing director, was joined by aa few buyer members. The full mix of minds present provided valuable insights. The session was expertly guided and co-created by Herman and Odete, resulting in a cooperative atmosphere that fostered fruitful discussions and collaborative decision-making.
๐๏ธ During the meeting, we started of by redefining our vision and mission, as well as short-term and long-term strategies. This exercise allowed us to align our goals and ensure we are moving in the right direction as an association.
๐ Looking ahead, our next steps involve working on the first set of objectives and key results. In small subject matter expert groups the participants will focus on these areas and ensure we are achieving our goals effectively.
๐๐ป Overall, the tone of this meeting was ๐๐ง๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ . We had a highly productive and cooperative atmosphere, which led to enriching discussions. We are excited to continue working together and implementing the decisions made during this meeting to drive our association forward.

The Benelux Corporate Travel Symposium 2023, held at BUas in Breda last Thursday, was a highly successful event attended by 200 (inter)national delegates. We extend our special thanks to our moderator-of-the-Day Chris Pouney and Andy Hoskins for hosting the insightful session on Human Services versus Digitalisation. Their expertise and facilitation created a dynamic and engaging discussion.
We were honoured to have two exceptional keynote speakers at the symposium. Michiel Verhaagen delivered a thought-provoking presentation on the future of payments, shedding light on emerging trends and technologies in this field. Jeroen Vinkesteijn captivated the audience with his enlightening talk on CHAT GPT & AI, exploring the impact of artificial intelligence on business life.
The symposium offered a mix of professionals, corporates, suppliers, and students a unique opportunity to transform their corporate travel management strategies in the Benelux region.
