Onlangs werd, na een uitgebreide retrofit door Balk Shipyard in samenwerking met naval architect Mulder Design, MY Ursus te water gelaten. De meest opvallende verandering is de verlenging van het jacht met maar liefst zes meter.

Een van de vele upgrades is de installatie van de DMS Universal, waardoor het vinsysteem weer volledig up-to-date is en optimaal functioneert. Daarnaast is het jacht uitgerust met de DMS MagnusMaster, waardoor het ook bij lagere snelheden perfect gestabiliseerd blijft.

Recently, following an extensive retrofit by Balk Shipyard in collaboration with naval architect Mulder Design, MY Ursus was launched. The most notable change is the lengthening of the yacht by a whopping six metres.

One of the many upgrades is the installation of the DMS Universal, bringing the fin system back fully up-to-date and functioning optimally. In addition, the yacht has been fitted with the DMS MagnusMaster, keeping it perfectly stabilised even at lower speeds.

Steve en Cindy Covington zijn erg tevreden met de installatie van de DMS Universal als update van het besturingssysteem van de vinstabilisatoren op hun Selene 53 MY Kallisto. Niet alleen zijn alle problemen die het oude systeem gaf opgelost, maar ook het stabiliseren van de boot werkt veel soepeler. In de video vertelt Steve over de installatie en hoe geweldig het systeem werkt. Veilig naar de Bahama's varen zal geen probleem meer zijn.

Steve and Cindy Covington are very happy with the installation of the DMS Universal controller system update of the Fin stabilizers on their Selene 53 MV Kallisto. Not only are all the issues with the old system solved, but also stabilizing the boat works much smoother. In the video Steve talks about the installation and how great the system works. Sailing safely out to the Bahama’s won’t be a problem anymore.

From Friday, January 31 to Saturday, February 8 is the Seattle Boat Show. At this show our dealer for the Pacific Northwest of the USA, Waterline Boats LLC, will be present with a demo of the DMS MagnusMaster as well as the DMS Universal.

There is an Elling E4 present with a DMS MagnusMaster on board. On this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f8hHeXMu8fI) an impression of the installation of the system done by Waterline Boats. So if you visit the Seattle Boat show, a visit to the Waterline booth (East 705) is definitely worthwhile.

Van vrijdag 31 januari t/m zaterdag 8 februari is de Seattle Boat Show. Op deze show is onze dealer voor de Pacific Northwest van de VS, Waterline Boats, aanwezig met een demo van de DMS MagnusMaster én de DMS Universal.

Boot 2025 is alweer in volle gang en we hebben al veel bezoekers mogen verwelkomen op onze stand. Vooral de introductie van de DMS All-in-One kan op veel belangstelling rekenen. Boot duurt nog tot en met zondag de 26-ste, dus we kijken ernaar uit u de komende dagen te mogen verwelkomen in hal 7A E23/E27.

In deze video interviewt Van Helker Nate Bond op zijn Nordhavn 41 over hoe hij tot zijn keuze voor de DMS MagnusMaster kwam en zijn eerste ervaring met het systeem. Oktober 2022 was het begin van de laatste fase in de ontwikkeling van de DMS All-in-One, ons stabilisatiesysteem voor elke snelheid. MY Buitenkansje ging toen uit het water voor de installatie van de eerste versie, het proof of concept. Na de presentatie op de DMS Experience Days in november 2023 is het systeem verder doorontwikkeld en nu klaar om in de markt gezet te worden. Het eerste systeem werd verkocht aan Van den Hoven Jachtbouw en de eerste installatie zal begin 2025 plaatsvinden op MY Hush, een 20 meter Royal Huisman. October 2022 marked the beginning of the final phase in the development of the DMS All-in-One, our stabilisation system for any speed. MY Buitenkansje (Opportunity) went out of the water to install the first version, the proof of concept. After the presentation at the DMS Experience Days in November 2023, the system was further developed and is now ready to be put on the market. The first system was sold to Bart van den Hoven and the first installation will take place in early 2025 on MY Hush, a 65 ft. Royal Huisman. For more information, please contact us.

Onlangs waren een aantal van onze dealers aanwezig op ons kantoor in Kerkdriel om hen bij te praten over alle nieuwe ontwikkelingen binnen DMS Holland. Hoogtepunt was natuurlijk het feit dat de DMS All-in-One klaar is om in de markt gezet te worden, de DMS All-in-One model 3 is op dit moment beschikbaar voor aluminium boten met een lengte van 13-20 meter. Natuurlijk werden ze ook volledig op de hoogte gebracht van alle specificaties en voordelen van dit unieke systeem. Het was fijn om iedereen weer persoonlijk te ontmoeten en bij te praten.

Recently, a number of our dealers attended our Kerkdriel office to update them on all the new developments within DMS Holland. Highlight of course was the fact that the DMS All-in-One is ready to be put on the market, the DMS All-in-One model 3 is currently available for aluminium boats with a length of 45-65 ft. Of course, they were also fully briefed on all the specifications and benefits of this unique system. It was nice to meet and catch up with everyone again in person.

METS 2024 is een van de grootste Marine Equipment beurzen ter wereld en dit is een belangrijk moment voor DMS Holland als klanten en opdrachtgevers naar Amsterdam reizen om de nieuwste maritieme innovaties te zien, collega's te ontmoeten en te profiteren van alles wat dit evenement te bieden heeft.

Van dinsdag 19 tot en met donderdag 21 november zal DMS Holland te vinden zijn in de SUPERYACHT CONNECT LOUNGE waar dit jaar onze focus zal liggen op onze eigen baanbrekende innovatie DMS All-in-One.

Van dinsdag tot en met donderdag van METS week zal het 'business as usual' zijn in onze kantoren en productiefaciliteit in Kerkdriel, dus als u ons wilt bezoeken bent u van harte welkom. DMS Holland & METS Week 2024

METS 2024 is one of the largest Marine Equipment Trade Shows in the world and this is an exciting and important time for DMS Holland as customers and clients travel to Amsterdam to see the latest marine innovations, meet up with colleagues and take advantage of everything this incredible event has to offer.

From Tuesday 19th to Thursday 21st November DMS Holland will be found in the SUPERYACHT CONNECT LOUNGE where this year the DMS focus will be on our own groundbreaking innovation DMS All-in-One.

From Tuesday until Thursday of METS week it will be business as usual at our offices and production facility in Kerkdriel so if you want to take advantage of your time in the Netherlands and visit us you will be more than welcome. Whether your interest is in DMS MagnusMaster, DMS Universal, DMS ARG Gyro or simply a look around our showroom and production department, let us know when you want to visit and we’ll see you there.

On Friday 22nd November the DMS Doors will be wide open for an ‘Open House’ where you can just turn up and visit. This is a great chance to meet up so we hope we will see you either at the METS Superyacht Connect Lounge or at our home in Kerkdriel.

DMS Holland's products are very suitable for a retrofit. If you would like to have a DMS stabilisation system fitted, you can always contact one of our DMS Service Centres. They can often fit a yacht with one of our stabilisation systems within 2 weeks.

We verwelkomen Irene als onze nieuwe office manager in het DMS Holland team. Zij neemt het stokje over van Ankie, die op het punt staat om van haar welverdiende pensioen te gaan genieten. Ankie is al vanaf het begin bij DMS en heeft met haar gevoel voor structuur en detail alles al die jaren in goede banen geleid. We wensen Irene veel succes bij deze nieuwe uitdaging!

We welcome Irene as our new office manager in the DMS Holland team. She takes over from Ankie, who is about to retire with her well-deserved retirement. Ankie has been with DMS from the beginning and has managed everything with her sense of structure and detail all these years. We wish Irene much success in this new challenge!
