: Dr. Victor Loglo is a dedicated medical doctor with over ten years of community health advocacy experience. He currently serves as Programs Manager of United Projects and a medical officer at Volta Regional Hospital in Ghana. Victor leads a team addressing health disparities in hard-to-reach island communities on Volta Lake, providing essential maternal and child healthcare services, including immunizations, family planning, consultations, and emergency referrals.
He holds an advanced diploma in Community Medicine and Health from the College of Health-Kintampo, a bachelor's degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Health and Allied Sciences, and is pursuing a Master of Public Health (Family and Reproductive Health) at the same institution.
Growing up in an island community, he is passionate about improving healthcare access and is committed to adolescent sexual and reproductive health and maternal and child health promotion. Upon completing the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Victor plans to advocate for primary healthcare in island communities and establish mobile health facilities.
