Thank you for your email. We would like to take this opportunity to share our experience of our recent trip to India.

We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and are very satisfied with the organization and ex*****on of the entire itinerary. A special thanks goes to our driver, who was not only highly skilled and professional but also extremely friendly and helpful. He played a crucial role in ensuring that our journey went smoothly and pleasantly, and we always felt safe and well taken care of while traveling.

The hotels were generally of good quality, with comfortable amenities and friendly service. However, the hotel in Dharamshala unfortunately did not meet our expectations, as it was quite outdated on the inside. After contacting colleague of Amanreizen in Delhi , this issue was resolved quickly. He arranged for an alternative hotel for the following night, which met all of our expectations. We appreciate how swiftly and effectively this matter was handled.

The tour guides were all extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to guide us through the various sights with enthusiasm. Their expertise and insights truly enriched our experience, and we learned a lot from their detailed explanations. We always felt well looked after, and their professional guidance contributed to a carefree and enjoyable trip.

All in all, it was another successful trip organized by Amanreizen, just as we have come to expect from your company. We are glad we chose your services once again and look back on an unforgettable journey with great pleasure.
