Chavin The Huantar

In this small mountaintown 3200 metres above sealevel we find a mystical ancient temple where pilgrimers travel for thousands of years to consult the higher spirits or apus, perform rituals with plantmedicines & meditate in dark labyrinths in the temple.

Naani Uari and his family are keepers of this ancient altar and hold ceremonies in family tradition Chawazan in which a few of the 7 plants of the territorium are used. Like Huachuma and more.

From 21 till 25 Januari 2025 we will have 2 ceremonies at Chavin de Huantar in tradition.
The medicines are served by Naani Uari ( local medicineguide). On the free days we visit the museum, have a guided tour at the temple and have yoga for who feels it or the option to visit hot baths.

We invite people who are interested in visiting ancient temples and connect to their mysteries and like to get to know different traditions.

The medicines are served by Naani Uari ( local medicineguide) followed by a hike in Huascaran to a beautifull blue lake with snowtopmountains around. On the free days Claudia will share yogaclasses.

Connecting in the Andes Mountains, temples & lakes in Peru with ancient traditions, local medicineguides & teachers, sacred plants Huachuma & Uilka on beautifull journeys in small groups.

End of March/ April we are organizing an intense pilgrimage visiting various temples and mountains having Chawazan ceremonies ( Huachuma Uilka) under guidance of Naani Uari & Sayri Tupac. We also have Harmonication rituals under guidance of Queros and will meet different traditions.

We will start in Chavin de Huantar ( mountaintown 3200 high) having ceremonies at the ancient Huachuma temple.
Then we go to Cusco for a ceremony at a Moon temple, visit Ausangate Mountain & a Sun Portal near Puno.

Hi Everyone ♤♡

I like to invite you to a Nightceremony with sacred plants Huachuma & Uilka in a beautiful yurt in nature inbetween Leiden & Amsterdam, given by Naani Uari from Chavin de Huantar Peru.

The ceremony is given in traditional way: familytradition Chawazan.

We speak about a family tradition altough the altar is thousands years old and used to be practiced regularly. In modern times this practices are forgotten, its an honor to share this altar together so the ancient abuelos & abuelas keep sharing their wisdom with us.

We guide the ceremony but we sit in ceremony as students of them.

Pilgrimage Chavin de Huantar & Chakraraju

We are gathering a small group of máx 8 people to get together to travel to ancient temple Chavin de Huantar Peru where medicines Huachuma & Uilka have been used for thousands of years in tradition.

With guides from the territory we will hike and purify ourselves at a 4600 metre blue lake surroundes with snowtop mountains.

Walking the beautifull pathways of mountain Chacraraju strengthens ones spirit, mind and body.The sacred mountain is knows for its work to purify and harmonize.

Chakraraju lays on 4600 metres in the Cordillera Blanca of the Andes.
The views are amazing and one can observe different mountains, like the huge Huascaran, native name Kayashraju, highest mountain of Peru.

Visiting this place is a gift for the one who wants to overcome obstacles that block us to become ourselves fully. To become harmonized, inspired.
Its a very important place visited by pilgrimagers from all over the world.

Its important to have comfortable, lightweight clothes and layers, good mountainshoes, rainponcho, sunblock, hat and sunglasses.

In the 3 hour hike we can observe beautifull flora and fauna, like wild deers, condors and even pumas. We recommend to take binoculares ( to watch far)

Its a very comfortable hike for intermediate hikers. 3 hours up and 3 hours down. It is necessary to train before as it is high altitude.
We will have medicine on this hike, so we will walk slowly.
