What a s**t company, already 2 years I booked the place in Porto for my groups.... and so as also this year, I booked and paid in July 2024 for my group arriving in march 2025......

BUT.... 9 December I received an email

Dear Jacqueline,

Hope this email finds you well!

Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, starting 03rd January 2025, Selina Porto will be closed and we can no longer keep in place your group reservation.
Alternatively, we would like to offer you to move your reservation to Selina Secret Garden Lisbon or Selina Boavista Ericeira.
However, if you prefer to cancel, we can proceed with the cancellation of your reservation and any amounts prepaid will be reimbursed as soon as possible.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.

Looking forward to hearing back from you as soon as possible.

Since 9 December I am trying to get back my money..... we are now arrived at 2 januari 2025 and still no refund.....

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️review citytrip Bratislava⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Voor de tweede keer heb ik een reis geboekt bij Jacqueline, en opnieuw was het een uiterst positieve ervaring. Deze keer organiseerde ze een 4-daagse trip naar Bratislava, en haar efficiëntie was indrukwekkend. In een mum van tijd lag er een offerte klaar met verschillende opties voor hotel en vervoer.

Onze reis begon met een vlucht van KLM naar Wenen, waar we bij aankomst werden opgewacht door de vriendelijke chauffeur Daniel. Hij bracht ons comfortabel naar het Crown Plaza in Bratislava. Om de stad beter te leren kennen, had Jacqueline een verrassende activiteit geregeld: een speurtocht. Hoewel het misschien kinderachtig klinkt, was het ontzettend leuk en een geweldige manier om de stad te verkennen.

Bratislava bleek een heerlijke bestemming te zijn. De stad is gemoedelijk, de mensen zijn vriendelijk, en de prijzen zijn een verademing. We genoten van lekker eten en ontdekten dat Bratislava een uitstekende keuze is voor een korte vakantie. Als kers op de taart vertrokken we uit Bratislava met een geweldige ferrytocht over de Donau naar Wenen. Vanaf daar was het een fluitje van een cent om de trein naar het vliegveld te pakken. Ook dit laatste stukje was perfect geregeld door Jacqueline.

Al met al was het een fantastische reis, van begin tot eind vlekkeloos georganiseerd. Jacqueline's aandacht voor detail, haar efficiëntie en haar vermogen om unieke ervaringen te creëren, maken haar tot een uitzonderlijke reisagent. Ik kan haar diensten van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een zorgeloze en onvergetelijke reis.
