Our latest finished project: the renovation/creation of our recreational area + sauna at Arode Ferienhaus Harzensfreund in Sankt Andreasberg.

Our guests can now enjoy themselves with a pool biljart, air hockey, soccer table and darts, with the backup of a smart TV and audio installation. And if they want to relax more, we now have a sauna as well. And the best part? The rental price remains the same!

Vanaf 1 januari is Bulgarije ook per auto zonder grenscontroles bereikbaar, voor de avontuurlijke reiziger :).

Bulgarije en Roemenië horen vanaf 1 januari volledig bij het Schengengebied. De EU-ministers zijn donderdag akkoord gegaan met het afschaffen van de landsgrenzen met die landen. In april waren de douanecontroles op vluchten van en naar Bulgarije en Roemenië al afgeschaft.

Wegens annulering nu met grote korting te huur voor kerstmis:

Arode Ferienhaus Harzensfreund vakantiehuis in de Duitse Harz, in de hoofdstraat van Ski-resort Sankt Andreasberg en op slechts 3,5 uur rijden van de Nederlandse grens.

Groot vakantiehuis in kerstsfeer, met slaapplek voor 13 tot 17 personen, dus ideaal om met de hele familie samen kerst te vieren. Grote woonkamer, royale keuken en grote eetkamer met een bar en eettafel voor 15 personen. Verder een kinderspeelkamer, 2e studio woonkamer, 4 aparte slaapkamers en 2 complete badkamers. Bakkers, Supermarkt en Restaurants op loopafstand, en als het weer meezit zijn de skipistes aan de rand van de stad geopend.

Aanbiedingsprijs voor 3 dagen/2 nachten is 700 Euro incl. schoonmaak, excl. toeristenbelasting en beddengoed. Normale prijs is 940 Euro.

Diverse data mogelijk, bijvoorbeeld 23-25, 24-26 of 25-27 December. Extra nachten mogelijk voor 250 euro/nacht.

Genoemde prijs is voor maximaal 13 personen. Bij meer personen kunt u het complete benedenappartement (voor 4 personen) erbij verhuren voor 100 Euro/nacht.
