We welcomed our first guests to arrive on a trike. Germany to North Cape. Relaxing with us a few nights in Kristiansund and then will continue their adventure back to Germany.

First floor renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. Centrally located in the heart of Kristiansund city center and walking distance to everything the city has to offer. Close to grocery stores, schools, shopping, restaurants, hospital, medical facilities and harbor.
The apartment is rented furnished with absolutely everything included and will be available for move-in the middle of October. Fully furnished with SmartTV and private parking for one car. No pets, no smoking.
We can adapt alternative solutions and needs for long-term or short-term rentals. Great option for up to 4 students or nursing rotations. The monthly rent, Kr12000 is base price (excluding electricity and internet).

Partial view to the harbour, large veranda with full afternoon sun. Bedrooms can be configured as renter desires, two single beds, one queen bed, one single bed w/ desk or home office setup. Bathroom with new underfloor heating and shower. Bright retro kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine and private storage room. Good follow-up with a caretaker and cleaning as a priority.
