🌟 3 to 9 June: Ålesund to Trondheim: The Rugged Coastline & Island Culinary Experience

• Exploring and tasting Ålesund, the City of Art Nouveau
• Two nights on the small fishing island of Ona for an immersive experience

🌟 17 to 21 September: Oslo to Bergen: Valleys, Mountains, and Fjords Culinary Experience

Some highlights:
• Lunch around the fire at my farm in Numedal with some of my favorite seasonal dishes and local produce
• An evening at a gorgeous ski resort in Geilo
• A cheese tasting/experience at Hol Cheese Factory
• Lunch in a traditional Norwegian ‘turisthytte’ – a long history of being a place for hikers and guests to seek refuge from the outdoor elements
• Dinner experience and beer tasting at Ægir Brewery in Flåm
• Hands-on cooking class with me in Flåm
• Visit to Norway's only organic agricultural school
• Drive to the famous Stegastein viewpoint, weather permitting
• Guided tour in Undredal village with a visit to the smallest stave church in Norway

BOOK NOW! The next Oslo to Bergen Culinary Adventure is set for September 2023!

If you've been following along, you'll have seen the photos from the Oslo to Bergen food journey that took place last month. Well, I'm happy to announce that we'll be offering this incredible trip again next year and you're invited! Be quick though, as there are ONLY 20 places available!

This unique travel experience focuses on Norway’s incredible food culture, history, and stunning landscape with me as your host the whole way through. We’re starting in Oslo and making our way to Bergen, stopping at some of my favorite places along the way to get a real and authentic taste of this part of Norway.
