Going up to the mountains yesterday with our sleds was sometimes easier without skis. We made a camp just before reaching the mountain plateau so we could have a nice camfire dinner.

Early and late in the winter season the rivers and creeks are not frozen. A beautiful sight but stops you from skiing wherever you want. Thanks to those who built this small bridge:-)
