Our 17th. Compact Fishmeal Plant CFP-70 is now ready for commissioning on the Faroe Island company Havborg’s new freezer trawler.
The CFP-70 will produce high quality marine proteins and fish oil from residual raw material from fish with a capacity of 70tons pr day.

Our expert team is now on site at Tersan for commissioning and testing.

Vi er glade for å ønske Vu Le velkommen til oss som Salg -og forretningsutviklingssjef. Vu er utdannet næringsmiddelteknolog, og har god erfaring innen produksjon, prosess og innovasjon relatert til mat og fôrindustri. De siste årene har Vu jobbet med prosesser innen restråstoff utnyttelse på marint -og alternative proteinkilder hos Aker BioMarine og Skala-gruppen.

We are happy to announce and welcome Vu Le as our new colleague. Vu is our new Sales & Business Development Manager. Vu is a food scientist and has previously worked with production and process related food and feed industry. In recent years, Vu have worked with processes within residual raw material utilization for marine -and alternative protein sources at Aker BioMarine ASA and Skala-gruppen.

Vi styrker organisasjonen; og søker etter en dyktig og ambisiøs prosessingeniør/designer. Du blir en sentral del av vårt team, og får bidra til ytterligere vekst i et selskap med betydelig internasjonal virksomhet. Vi søker deg som har erfaring innen prosess industri og har arbeidet minst 3 år i bransjen.
I stillingen kommer du til å arbeide med utarbeidelse av prosessløsninger, både for nye anlegg og integrering i eksisterende produksjon. Du vil være ansvarlig for kravspesifikasjon, prosjektering, driftsettelse samt avslutning og overlevering av totalleveranser.
Som prosessdesigner vil du være involvert i å utvikle moderne konsepter og prosessløsninger, både delprosesser, og hele «turn-key» prosesser. Du vil være tett på både kunder og leverandører, og har en sentral funksjon i både prosjektene og i tilbudsarbeidet.

AMOF Fjell Process Technology As at site supervision for installation of our Compact Plant CFP-70 for the Faroe Island company Havborg’s new freezer trawler.
The trawler is designed by Skipsteknisk (ST-119) and is built at Tersan Shipyard, Turkey.
The CFP-70 will produce high quality and from fish waste and cut-offs.

AMOF Fjell Process Technology As at site supervision for installation of our 16. Compact Plant CFP-60.
The trawler is designed by VARD (Design 8 04) and is built at Vard Vang Tau – Vietnam and to be delivered in Q3 2022.
The CFP-60 will produce high quality and from fish waste and cut-offs.

AMOF Fjell Process Technology As delivered a complete crab meal processing plant to NutriShell in October 2021.

The factory is located beside the factory of Hitramat (Europes biggest crab processing plant). Raw material is processed directly after Hitramat’s process (super fresh) and results in a high-quality product. The plant delivered by AMOF-Fjell processes crab shell and proteins by drying, milling and packing in big bag.

The video shows dried crab shells on drier outlet conveyor, and are transported into our milling plant for further processing.

AMOF-Fjell is proud to announce that the 2. vessel "NORVEZHSKOYE MORE" is ready for its sea trail.

The "NORVEZHSKOYE MORE" is the second vessel of Arkhangelsk Trawl Fleet – 4 off fishing vessels (stern trawlers).

AMOF-Fjell have delivered the complete fishmeal factory and is now ready to produce good quality fishmeal and fish oil. Commissioning and system checkout is completed and specialists from AMOF-Fjell goes onboard for its sea trail to fine tune the factory and to pass on knowledge to the operators onboard.

SUCCESSFUL SEA TRIAL
In April 2021 Amof Fjell technical staff (Jarle Steinsland and Thorleif Gram) performed a successful sea trial of their installation onboard the Arkhangelsk Trawl Fleets (ATF) "Barentsevo More". This compact fishmeal plant handles a raw material amount of 60 tons/day to produced high quality fishmeal and fishoil.
Amof Fjell got the best feedback from the Technical directors in ATF: " Your fish meal plant is working very good. The crew is satisfied".
Amof Fjell is the preferred Norwegian provider of compact fishmeal plants to the fishery fleet and by far the largest in Norway with its 16 CFP’s in total up to this date.

READY FOR SEA TRIAL:
The fish meal plant delivered by AMOF Fjell Process Technology AS to the stern trawler "Barentsevo More” for the Russian Fishery company Arkhangelsk Trawl Fleet is ready for sea trial.
The plant has a capacity of 60 tons/day of fish cut-off, that otherwise would have gone overboard. The plant is a CFP60, Compact Fishmeal Plant that produces high quality fish oil and fish meal.
