⛵️Last week, we experienced sunshine, rain, wind, more sunshine, and plenty of fun and real adventures.

✨Vesterålen is a true paradise, tucked away off the beaten track. It’s a haven for hikers and sailors alike, and I must say, it might be one of the most astonishing coastlines we have ever seen.

😎 In our next departure, seven lucky guests, along with two hosts and Ramoncito, will walk the Dronningsgruta and visit the most charming, well-preserved fishing villages brimming with history and authenticity.

🥰A heartfelt thank you to our crew of adventurous ladies for making this journey so memorable! Your spirit and enthusiasm make all the difference. 🌟

🤩 A few pics of Vesterålen’s stunning nature. Mountains, the midnight sun, white sand beaches, Ramoncito, the sea, the clouds—everything in this archipelago is spectacular.

💨 The weather changes a lot. We’ve experienced all the seasons in the last three days, but no matter what, everyone on board is in awe… Literally.

📸 The first sunny pictures are in Stø, and the other ones are in Nyksund. I will share more pics with a bit more context later 🙋🏽‍♀️🙂

☀️ What a summer day we had yesterday at Kvitnes Gård.

🌈We where able to use our super colourful summer Shirts and for the first time this year I was wool free 😄 , and we were also swimming together with every single person on board 🫶

🍲The Experience in .gaard was absolutely phenomenal: the tour around the people in the farm, , the farm itself, the history around, the animals and the dinner.. OmG… I just feel we need to go back soon!

🥹 The entire day we laugh, chat, and we had the most beautiful and perfect summer day.

🌟This is the final trip of our season, and it’s a special one. Our beloved guest, now a dear friend Kenny , joined us last year for a ski and sail trip. This year, he wanted to sail, explore, hike, and occasionally ski if possible ⛵️

🫶 After a very busy season, this trip has been incredibly relaxing for all of us. While we always enjoy our trips, they require a lot of work and energy. After several weeks, fatigue sets in, so being able to conclude the season this way is precisely what we needed. We are truly grateful for that.

🎣🥾Our days have been packed with activities, including hiking (today we walked 15 km, split between morning and evening hikes), fishing (we had no luck today, though we were extremely lucky yesterday), reading, cooking, and spending time with Ramoncito…. Oh, almost forgot the reindeer in the front of a house in our morning walk 🐐🌟

🪴 Also, Kenny gifted me a jasmine plant that brings the essence of summer to Jolly and takes me back to my days in Tenerife, walking through a street near my flat in Santa Cruz.

🌞Summer is on the horizon, and today, even though it’s still a bit chilly at 69 degrees north, I finally started to feel the seasonal shift🥰🥳

🧭 Busy days with skiing guests—lots of prepping, cooking, and organizing. But there’s still time for fun: watching Ramoncito play, walking hand-in-hand with Ulrik, finding old parts from sunken ships, and stopping to take joyful photos to share with you. 🥰📸

⛷️⛵️Our ski and sail season in Lofoten is almost over... Our current trip is moving north, and for the next few weeks, Tromsø and the Lyngen Alps will be our new home.

😻But for now, I am sharing some images of the sailboat life and landscapes that the spectacular Lofoten islands gave us.

🫶I couldn’t be more grateful for all the amazing people we have met, all the new places we have visited, and all the happy souls that returned to their homeland feeling they’ve made new friends in their floating home away from home. ⛵🏔️🌊

🥰Hello from the Jolly Good Times Sailing Crew 🙋🏽‍♀️🙋🏼‍♂️🐶

♥️ Thank you to all of our wonderful guests who came with open hearts, eager for an incredible time sailing and skiing. Your love, energy, laughter, and numerous cuddles for Ramoncito have truly recharged our batteries.

🥰 We feel incredibly privileged to have a job that provides us with everything one could dream of. Your letters in our guestbook has made me cry a couple of times and is my number one tool when I am feeling low 🙋🏽‍♀️

📸The first photo was taken last week as we were leaving Trollfjord in fairly stormy weather, which was quite an experience for our guests. The second photo was taken two hours later, in our anchorage for the night and Ramoncito was on guard, taking care of the ship😁

✨ We can’t wait for more adventures, to meet more travelers, and to offer everyone the best experience possible.

🌌 This is the sky we get in winter when there are no clouds, and it's just amazing. It's -14 degrees Celsius (7 Fahrenheit), and the night is really beautiful, with cold, crisp air, tons of stars, shooting stars, and everything you'd expect from an Arctic night.

✨ Ulrik and I were imagining how excited the guests will be when they experience this while anchored in a place just where is just us, and the memories of an epic day skiing in the mountains 🥰.

🥹 I am sure I will see some tears here and there and the idea of being part of this core memories in the making is making me happy already.
