Qujanarujutsuar Greenland! 🙏Unfortunately, the 2023 summer season is already over...
But we had a great time again here in the Sermilikfjord together with our guests. Hikes, photo safaris, sunny barbecue evenings, our almost tame arctic foxes and up close nature made every day a little adventure at the camp. 🦊

The almost consistently fantastic weather and the temperatures, which approached the 20 degree (celsius) mark several times, left an aftertaste - in addition to great experiences and the odd little sunburn.

Because of course we also see the dramatic speed at which glaciers are “retreating” and icebergs are melting.
In a sidefjord of the Sermilik we were able to make it to the innermost glaciers for the first time and observed massive calving as ice masses broke off from the glacier front and at the same time pushed up from below the water line. An unforgettable moment that gives an impression of the power that lies hidden in the ice.
