Everest Base Camp with Josh and 14-year-old Eli was an unforgettable journey. The weather was fantastic throughout our adventure, providing us with clear skies and stunning views of the Himalayas. This trek was particularly special for Eli, as it marked a significant milestone in his journey to manhood.

Eli showed incredible determination and resilience, successfully making it to Everest Base Camp and also conquering Kala Patthar. Watching him push through the physical and mental challenges of the trek was truly inspiring. His achievement was a testament to his growing strength and character.

Together, we navigated the rugged terrain, crossed suspension bridges, and trekked through picturesque Sherpa villages. The camaraderie among us was strong, and we supported each other every step of the way. The sense of accomplishment we felt upon reaching Base Camp was immense, and the panoramic views from Kala Patthar were a rewarding end to our trek.

This journey was not just about reaching our destination but also about the bonds we forged and the personal growth we experienced along the way. Eli's success was a proud moment for all of us, making this trek an unforgettable adventure.

It was an amazing trip to Langtang via Kyanjin Ri at 4,660 meters with my brother Marc and sister Nittaya! It really was a rewarding experience filled with stunning views and cherished moments.The weather was always in our favour.A big thanks to Ravi Vai for helping us carry the baggage, making the journey smoother and more enjoyable for all of us. On the Annapurna trek this time proved to be a journey filled with unexpected challenges and breathtaking moments. As we set out, little did we know that nature had some surprises in store for us.

Traversing through the rugged terrain, our path was suddenly met with an unexpected obstacle: hailstones. The biting cold and the relentless onslaught of hail made each step a test of endurance. Yet, amidst the adversity, there was a sense of camaraderie among our group as we pressed on, determined to conquer whatever came our way.

However, the true test of our resilience came when we encountered an avalanche along the way. The deafening roar of the snow crashing down sent shivers down our spines, and for a moment, fear gripped our hearts. But with quick thinking and teamwork, we managed to navigate through the danger safely, emerging stronger than before.

Despite the trials we faced, the final day of our trek offered a stunning reward. As we reached our destination, the clouds parted to reveal a majestic open view of the surrounding landscape. The sight was nothing short of awe-inspiring, a reminder of the beauty and power of the natural world.

In retrospect, while this trek may have tested our limits, it also reaffirmed our bond with nature and our own strength. It's a journey that will be etched in our memories forever, a testament to the resilience of the human spirit in the face of adversity.
