IDF-Nepal’s themes include maternal and newborn health, nutrition and livelihoods, children in difficult circumstances, child development and disability, HIV prevention and treatment, and the evaluation of community interventions for policy and practice. We are committed with our partner organisations in developing countries to capacity-build and disseminate our work as widely as possible. We also
work with a range of international agencies and government line agencies, local government bodies such as DDCs, VDCs, and community based organizations and non government organizations for promoting the use of evidence-based good practice. A group of IDF Nepal encompasses the public health professionals and development workers to ensure they have experience in diverse fields of Public health and socio-development activities. This has created a platform to help nurture the institute up to its current stage with sufficient capability to accept professional responsibility.
