Standard Guest Management Guidelines:
Guest are God therefore they should be treated as god during the visit in Nepal. The excellent guest experience and the review will scale up the tour operating business in future. Guests and Clients are operated in as high quality standard guidelines as:
· There will be always short welcome ceremony/reception with marigold garland, dhaja and the flag of Nepal, guest orientation program and travel plan discussion, Detail Travel Plan and Local Sim Card Handover, etc. during the arrival day.
· The visit will be combine with the funny game, campfire, talent shows etc. for making the trip memorable.
· In most of the case, the core members will be always with guest along with the Professional Guide during the site seeing.
· If no of guest exceed more than 5 person, one professional camera man will be also deployed for the documentation of the tourist activities.
· In most of the case, tourist will be visiting our office, acknowledging the company, associating with the social media site of the company.
· Unless the specific requirements, tourist will visit at least for Local Communities, Local Food Testing Center, Cultural Dance Shows, Homestays, Mountain Views, Hiking, etc.
· In most of the case, the guests will know the core member of the company.
· There will be always a grand departure programs with cultural shows, food party, dance, acknowledgement ceremony, token of love, gifts, organizational profiles, Photographs and browsers, thank you/appreciating letters in some case, prizes for winners in games during the visit, for the visiting guests.
