Today, we hike less compared to previous days and the gain of altitude makes us to walk slower. Samdo is the last settlement of Gurkha district and Manaslu valley which is quite near to Tibetan border. The trail is gentle up where you will find yourself in a large scenic valley. After a walk of one & half hour the trail is little steep up before reaching Samdo where we will accommodate in a cozy lodge.🏞️🌄🥔

Early morning we head to Pungyen gompa, one of the famous monastery of Manaslu region. We do our lunch at Shyal where we had spent our night. The trail is quite plain to Sama gaon and it takes only 1-2 hours to reach. On the way you will witness the Manaslu, Himal Chuli, and Ngadi Chuli(peak 29). Overlooking Mt. Manaslu massif glaciers we reach Sama-Gaon and end the day staying at facilitated lodges.🌄🌳🏣🏞️🌄

Morning walks leads over Budhi Gandaki River. We reach to Bihi, a small village. We pass through forest and reach Prok village. As we continue we also pass Buddhist prayer monuments. After a couple of hours we reach Namrung for overnight stay. 🏞️🌳🏔️

Begin from Machhakhola to Jagat. The walk will be long about 7 hours. Enroute the rivers and jungle will be your companion. We will stop at Tato pani (Hot springs) and it is a natural hot springs. After a 2 hour walk we will reach Dovan where we will rest for an hour. We then cross a bridge from where we entered to the Upper Manaslu Restricted Area of Nepal. 🏔️🌳🏞️
