Patan is the place with no need of any kind of defination as it consists of the living museum because of its beautiness

around the city, the ancient art and crafts, temples, newari art and culture have developed patan as the valley of art. Patan is the main spot to trade the copper handicraft statue. Every year business people from all around the world especially from the Nepal itself, Tibet, China, India,Japan & Germany visit Patan to buy and to trade the different handicraft products that are produced here through out the year. The most popular place in Patan for artists,art and craft is Okhubahal, Mahabuddha, Kanibahal,Durbar square and others. People living in these area's are mostly linked with the handicraft work. Ancient people who lived in patan have developed their art in such a way that the value of their art and craft is still a worth while. Handicraft Karma is based on typical newari art and hand work of sculpture with the quality of art. Karma Shakya is the master mind and front man of the art work. He have been involved in this handicraft work for almost 35 years and still running. With the experience of such of huge amount of years of experience he have developed his art and ability in high performing skills.
