We have included the unedited photos of the trek starting from Bijaypur, Pokhara and ending at Bhujrung Kholah, Pokhara. Also a lake called Khaphuche (Origin point of Madi river) and Khaphuche Glacier (Glacier in the lowest altitude in the world), which are located after a trekking of 10 hours through a big and wild forest from Sikles.

One of the best locations for hiking on the top of a hill near Pokhara for night camping, sunrise view, mountain view and relax.
The place has 4 lodges with very big and wide gardens to do camp fire; and 1 tent resort where you can have the night stay.

These Photos were taken during the month of October and hence contains no snow on the way. Places above Jomsom receive lots of snow during the winter.

Australian Camp/Dhampus Trek
Itinerary for 1 Nights/2 Days on Full Board

About The Trip:
This trip starts from Pokhara from where we will drive to Kande for about an hour. From Kande we have to climb up to Australian camp for nearly 2 hours. Australian Camp is a famous sunrise and Mountain view point located very close to Pokhara in Lumle VDC at the height of 2165 metres. This place consists of 4 lodges and is a great destination for Weekend chill-out especially for Pokhrelies. This place provides great Jungle Scenery especially of Rhododendrons with the view of Annapurna South, Mt. Fishtail, Mt. Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Hiuchuli, Annapurna IV, Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal. Next day, we hike down through the famous, culturally and naturally rich beautiful village Dhampus mostly occupied by the ethnic groups Gurung and Bhandari passing by the forests, agricultural farms and the splendid view of Annapurna Himalayan Range and reach Phedi. We will drive from Phedi to Pokhara which will take approximately 40 minutes and complete our trip.

About The Trip:
This trip starts from Pokhara from where we will drive to Kimche-Ghandruk, for about 2 hours and 30 minutes. From Kimche we have to trek through the foot trail up to Ghandruk for nearly 1 hour. The trip takes you to homely peace environment and give immense relief from your hustle city life. The village is known as Stone village and also called Konda village in local language since major houses in this village has stone roofs. We are sure that the students will enjoy and will be happy on Ghandruk family trek route beause of clen stone steps up and downhill, close view of mountains and blooming rhododendron forests on the trail during the time of Falgun and Chaitra which will definitely be a life long memory. The village consists of other attractions of Tea Farming, Meshroom Baraha Temple, Traditional Gurung Museum, Ghandruk Monastary, Gurung culture and lifestyle. The returning day, we will follow the same trail and catch the vehicle from Kimche to drive to Pokhara.

It is a Buddhist Temple of White colour seen on the top of hill on the other side of Fewa lake from Lakeside. It’s a very beautiful sight from where you can view the panaromic view of snow capped Himalayas, Pokhara city, Lakeside city and Fewa lake.

About Trip:
Poonhill trek is a short, easy and very famous trekking route located in Annapurna Conservation Area that any individual can experience to make the journey a lifetime memory. The magical snow capped Himalayan Panorama of some of the tallest peaks in the world, picturesque sunrise views over the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri and Manaslu Himalayas and overall natural with cultural experience makes this trek extra special. The view of altering simrik, yellow and white colours in the snow mountains along with the rising sun and increasing warmth at the top of Poonhill really can drive anyone to paradise.
