The best place to know what's going on in Nepal; I found nepalNOW.org the best.
I don't know who is responsible for the operations of this project. If it's the Government than this is a really great job done for the promotion of Nepal and if it's not than whoever is responsible, is doing better than the government cud ever imagine.
I have a huge respect for what's done by the project.
