Rustic and cosy with cottage-style charm.
Great location backing onto Kohi Forest and the Eastern Songbird Project. On great traffic routes but quiet. Even at rush hour, all you can hear are the native birds and the rustling of the leaves.
10 minutes' drive to the CBD, walking distance to Kepa Bush, or stroll down the hill and through the park to the beach.
Eastern Bays life offers a great range of cafes, reserves and beaches.
Two bedrooms both with wardrobes, bathroom and separate toilet, laundry with tub and washing machine, open plan kitchen/living/dining/sunroom with double-door fridge and dishwasher.
Sleeps up to four in two beds.
Equipped with Wifi, TV and DVDs, board games and a small selection of tween/teens' books.
Green views from every window - next best thing to being in a tree house!
A studio granny flat will be available from January with accommodation for a further three people (two in a bed and one on a sofa bed). One off-street car park for each unit.
