Dear Guest of Allah,

We're pleased to share the latest updates from the Ministry of Hajj for Hajj 2025, following our attendance at the Hajj 2025 conference in Jeddah. Alhamdolilah, we had the privilege of meeting Sheikh Abdullah Jadkarim in person.

Important Reminders:

1. If you haven't registered on the Nusuk Hajj platform, please do so ASAP.

2. For those registered and verified, select the Luxury Shifting category and top up your eWallet once activated.

3. If your account is under verification, please be patient; In Shaa Allah, it will be verified soon.

4. If your account has been rejected, check your email for the rejection reason and try to fix it. Common issues include photo background color, passport clarity, or mismatched names. If needed, contact us for assistance.

Key Updates:

- The Ministry of Hajj will release packages on the Nusuk website soon, but only for viewing, not purchasing.

- Packages will be available in three phases: Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3. We will primarily purchase packages in Phase 2 and Phase 3.

Assurance and Guidance:

Please remain calm and avoid rumors. We have complete trust in you and request that you trust us. Our team, along with Seera Mawasim, successfully navigated the Nusuk system during Hajj 2024. Seera Mawasim was recently awarded by the Ministry of Hajj for their exceptional service.

We're committed to supporting you throughout this process. Keep praying to Allah SWT for acceptance. In Shaa Allah, once He accepts, He will facilitate your journey to perform Hajj.

Alhamdulillah Im pleased to share that today we've signed a new contract with our Hajj partner, Seera Mawasim, at the Hajj 2025 Conference in Jeddah. Alhamdolillah, our meeting was productive, and we received valuable updates on Hajj 2025 from Seera Mawasim, Nusuk, and the Ministry of Hajj.

Tomorrow, We will be attending an important session with Sheikh Abdullah Jadkarim for the latest Nusuk updates for 2025.

In preparation for Hajj 2025, I urge everyone intending to perform Hajj to create their Nusuk Hajj account as soon as possible.

Alhamdulillah! Unforgettable Night at Madinah's Date Farm

We're grateful for the wonderful experience shared with our December Umrah group at Madinah's picturesque date farm. The evening featured an engaging presentation, a delectable dinner – including camel curry – and a special gift-giving ceremony.

To encourage and inspire our young pilgrims, we presented 8 gifts to children from the USA, Australia, Fiji Islands, and New Zealand, who performed Umrah with their parents. May these gifts serve as cherished memories of their time in Madinah and foster a lifelong connection with their faith.

Just as we were concerned about heatstroke and other challenges, our Hujjaj emerged from the Mina tent for the second day of Jamarat, and rain poured down in Mina! This is indeed a gift from the Host to His guests. O Allah, accept our Hajj and protect our religion of Islam. Grant us the strength to fulfill all Your commandments and the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
