Hello I'm Yesim and I'm Travel Advisor.
Recently I've start working with NZTB member of TAANZ as a Travel Broker.
Life starts when you start to travel.
Since I was little, I always dreamed about travelling the world and learning about places and cultures, and I was lucky enough to make some of my dreams come true.
I have a daughter named Deelai and who is 14 years old, and a loving husband who loves to travel as well. I was born and raised in Turkey and left my home country on my own journey back in 1997 to Italy. I then travelled to many places including England, Scotland, Germany, France, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Portugal, Sweden, Greece, USA, Mexico, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bali, Fiji, the Cook Islands, and Australia.
I have been in the Airline travel industry over 26 years. For me good customer service means listening and paying attention to clients’ needs, and meeting their expectations in best possible way, adding value to your experience.
